Ordered closure but was later advised that due to delayed shipment, the closure had not arrived to company. I had to cancel my hair appointment as a result of not receiving my closure in time. The owner communicated effectively and showed concern but there was nothing done for the inconvenience or money lost. I am very disappointed because I have always spoke highly of this company.
