My hair is not 100% Brazilian human hair. I purchased the body wave and it literally melts. I took a video of the hair melting and showed the owner who accused my stylist of using a curling iron that was too hot. I told her that the style didn’t even hold and fell within an hour and she said that it was because it was humid outside and my stylist didn’t use the right product. I requested a refund of my money and she said that she would “compromise” me and give me 25% off my next purchase which I declined. After another week I go back to my hair stylist to wash the hair because it looked dull and the hair took over an hour to dry, and there is no wave. Once again the hair is burning. I have been totally scammed.
