All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, lace products, or wigs once the order has been received.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have shipped.
